Celestron Omni XLT 102
A 102mm achromatic refractor on the Celestron CG-4 manual equatorial mount. The XLT coatings improve light transmission over standard achromats. The f/6.5 focal ratio makes it versatile — sharp on the Moon and planets at moderate magnification, wide enough for open clusters and bright nebulae. The CG-4 mount is a solid beginner equatorial, stable enough for relaxed visual sessions. Some false colour is present at higher magnifications, as expected from an achromatic design. A natural rival to the Sky-Watcher Explorer 150PL for observers who prefer a no-collimation refractor.
