Meade LX90 8" ACF

The LX90 is Meade's mid-range GoTo telescope — an 8-inch ACF (Advanced Coma-Free) Schmidt-Cassegrain on a heavy-duty motorised fork mount. ACF optics reduce the edge-of-field coma that affects standard SCTs, making it sharper across the full field for both visual use and imaging. At f/10, it is primarily a planetary and double star instrument visually, though it pairs well with a focal reducer for wider deep-sky imaging. Audiostar hand controller with a 30,000-object database, WiFi connectivity for smartphone control. A serious instrument for an observer who wants GoTo, ACF optics, and a step below the LX200 price tier.
