Sky-Watcher Virtuoso GTi 150P
A 150mm GoTo tabletop reflector that delivers serious deep-sky capability in a portable, app-controlled package at a competitive price.

What you'll see
The 150mm aperture is the sweet spot where deep-sky objects start to show real structure rather than just faint smudges. The Orion Nebula reveals sweeping wings of nebulosity with the Trapezium cluster sharply resolved. Globular clusters like M13 begin to show granularity at the edges rather than appearing as featureless cotton balls. Brighter galaxies — M81 and M82, M51 in good skies — show elongated shapes and hints of structure. The GoTo system means you'll actually find these objects rather than spending half your session star-hopping.
On planets, 150mm at 750mm focal length gives you Saturn's rings clearly separated from the disc, the Cassini Division in steady seeing, and Jupiter's two main equatorial belts with colour variation. Mars at opposition shows a discernible disc with the polar cap. You'll want to push magnification with a short focal length eyepiece or Barlow, and the f/5 focal ratio means coma correction matters more at higher powers.
The wide-field potential is notable — at 750mm focal length, a 25mm eyepiece gives roughly a 1.7° true field, enough to frame large open clusters like the Double Cluster or the Pleiades attractively. The Andromeda Galaxy's bright core and inner halo fit well, though the full extent of M31 will extend beyond the field of view.
